Our climate is changing. MMSD’s executive director, Kevin Shafer, believes that there are actions that can be taken locally to help us do our part to address this issue. These actions can also help us reduce our risk of flooding, improve our health, and reduce our long-term costs.

Utilizing alternative land management practices, Kettle Moraine Grazing LLC, sustainably meets vegetation management goals by using goats to remove invasive species on MMSD flood management properties.
