MMSD CAD Standards

The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) CAD Standards specify standards and procedures for the use of computer-assisted drafting (CAD) by MMSD staff and by consultants to MMSD. These standards have been established to achieve the following objectives:

  • Provide consistency in drafting presentations for MMSD facility information.
  • Provide consistency in format and content to facilitate review and use of drawings.
  • Preserve the usefulness and accessibility of drawing deliverables to MMSD in the future.

MMSD requires that all new project drawings are submitted in accordance with MMSD CAD standards. New project drawing deliverables that do not comply with these standards will not be accepted and will be returned to the consultant for correction.
