2020 Water Quality Initiative
Throughout the year, MMSD provides presentations on a wide variety of topics dealing with water quality in the metro Milwaukee area – from designing a rain garden, to the biology of wastewater treatment to careers in the water industry.
Our staff has a wide-ranging depth of knowledge in issues that affect the Lake Michigan watershed and are skilled at gearing the information to your audience; whether that group is a class of fifth graders or a group of technical experts at a professional conference.
Please complete the below form to submit your MMSD outreach request.
For all other MMSD inquiries please contact us here.
Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District provides experts who will speak on a wide variety of topics dealing with water quality for groups of any size.
Have MMSD attend your next event, fair, or convention with a table or booth with experts, information and resources. Topics include everything from water quality, to MMSD’s programs and initiatives.
MMSD can help enhance student learning through in-classroom presentations, activities, and curriculum resources. We also offer opportunities for teachers to learn about new resources and curricula.
Join MMSD and enjoy our various tour offerings: Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility, South Shore Water Reclamation facility, MMSD Central Laboratory, Pelagos Freshwater Monitoring Vessel, and Green Infrastructure Sites.
